Y.E.A Nashville, led by Power Move Education & Development Group, aims to provide youth with skill development and experiences in the entertainment industry. Founded in 2000 with support from George W. Bush's faith-based initiatives, Y.E.A empowers young people through meaningful activities. It focuses on building talented, well-rounded, and socially responsible individuals, preparing them to be future leaders and innovators in the entertainment world and beyond.

The Power Move Music Industry Certificate Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to thrive in the diverse and dynamic landscape of the music industry.
